Intro to Mindful Somatic Ecotherapy
“To speak of wilderness is to speak of wholeness. Human beings came out of that wholeness”.
Gary Snyder
It is only in recent history that we have been separated from an alive animate earth, come and join us if you are;
Excited about the benefits of therapeutic nature immersion
Wanting to feel more resourced yourself?
Finding yourself curious about the mysterious relationship between ourselves and the natural world?
Interested in reconnecting the “human-nature” relationship.
Then we have a day long experience for you:
Come and join us for a Somatic Ecotherapy daylong intro and explore the four winds of transformational change through an alive animate earth. Come and savour the ways in which we can support ourselves and others to navigate the dark forests, cleansing waters, sunlit spring fields, and inner landscapes of our human nature experience. Taste how through some simple invitations and guided mindful enquiry, we can support deep and safe resourcing, processing and integration for those that we support, and feel totally resourced ourselves.
On this daylong you will:
· Gain an understanding of what somatic ecotherapy is,
· Be guided with an overview of the processes involved,
· Observe one on one demonstrations and;
· Be invited to immerse into some experiential practices.
· Connect with like minded community in circle.
Facilitators will be Fiona Ross & Brendon Whitmore two experienced therapists and mystery seekers.
