Soul Quest Wilderness Vigil

“I only went out for a walk, and finally concluded to stay out til sundown, for going out, I found, I was really going in.” John Muir

- Do you feel stuck without direction and purpose in your life?

- Are you longing for solitude and reflection to listen deeply within?

- Has the fullness of life evaporated your creative soul?

- Are you feeling the call to your authentic creative self to show you a more soul driven path?

Are you ready to plunge into the depths of your own mythic adventure into the wilderness, to step into the humble passage of seeking vision, then we invite you to this ancient ceremony.

A ceremony beyond any human teaching and has been carried out pan-culturally as a Rite-of-Passage, often referred to as a vision quest, for thousands of years. It is now our honour to carry this tradition into the modern day so that together we may flourish as individuals and communities with the earth.

You may feel the yearning within to descend to this wild place and cross that sacred threshold, into the sacred space of soul. It is quite something to enter this circle of wild solitude and willingly go without food for four days and nights.

This is a different way of being in the forest, as you are held in the womb of the earth. A place where only you can know what transpires there as you are touched by earth-based wisdom.

Why Whale Song?

In Myths, Folklore and Tribal Cultures the world over, Whales are considered the wisdom keepers of our great Mother Earth, where the sacred knowledge and guidance for our personal change and spiritual growth resides.

The archaic echo of song of the Whale reminds us to slow down, to listen and feel into our hearts. As you feel into your heart, you may notice your soul calling.
A calling that is reminding you of your essence and birth right to take your ultimate place with your own song line within the Earth.

Throughout this ceremony you will be supported by experienced guides and therapists who have a deep passion for the transformative power of nature-based rituals and process. They encourage you to step into the unknown and give up a little bit of comfort, in return you may just find what you have been seeking.
